Lenovo X220 IDE vs AHCI comparision with SSD Sata 6GB/s

I accidentally formatted my new x220 as IDE, so I ran some benchmarks of before :

and here are some now AHCI benchmarks.

resolution : AHCI + 6GB/s = faster then IDE!

I was configure to AHCI mode in BIOS and Clean Install WINDOWS 7 Ultimate and Install “INTEL RST Driver” Version : 10.8.0.1003
But RST show my SSD still 3GBps…..Not 6GBps…
My C300 firmware number is 0006

Thank you so much for quick reply…
I run Crystal Disk Mark 3.01 (x64) for Seq :
READ : 265.8 MB
WRITE : 141.2 MB

MY Machine Type is : X220 4286-CTO

i7 2620M/USB 3.0

i Reboot my laptop and check BIOS setting “SATA” section
NO 3GBps or 6GBps let me choose….Only have Compatible / AHCI options

I update BIOS from v1.20 (2011/07/07) to v1.26 (2011/12/01)
But I still cannot found 6GBps….
Could you please let me know what firmware version about your C300?
